Automate repeat jobs
Never forget to invoice a repeat job again (e.g. a retainer). Simply create a repeat job and it will be automatically generated at the specified frequency (monthly or annually) on the specified date.
Send invoices in seconds
Once a job is finished and you’re ready to invoice, simply click it and hit “create invoice”. It really is that simple, and you’ll know when the client has opened and even paid the invoice on the handy timeline feature.
Set up online payments
Allowing your clients the option of being able to pay their invoices online takes minutes. You simply connect with Stripe and you’re good to go. As soon as the invoice has been paid online, you’ll receive a notification.
Automated late payment emails
Create your own schedule of automated late payment emails to remove the burden of managing late payments. Send these direct to your client or to yourself as a reminder to chase.
